Thanks to all of you for the wonderful letters, they keep us going over here. I want to thank all of you for the support, letters, and care packages as they make our life a little more bearable over here in the Middle East. You are the reason we are here doing what we have to do in order to assure that all have a chance at the quality of life that we have back home. From me and my squad thanks so very much for all you do to support us. ~~Stacy -----/SSG/Army, Harlem, Mont.
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am writing to tell you, THANK YOU! I know everybody says thank us for serving. But I am now saying thank you. YOU truly are the driving force behind the US Armed forces. Without a wife, mom, dad, brother, sister, and friends. We don't have a reason to be here fighting. And it's because of all of you that we VOLUNTEER for this job. Well aware of the risks involved. I was in Iraq during the invasion of 2003, I went again to Iraq in 2005. I am currently stationed in Afghanistan for the year of 2007. And I would GLADLY do it all again to keep all of you safe. Sincerely, ~~SGT Brett A. -----, Army, Opelika, Alabam, N.C.
Hi, my name is PFC Hall. I have been in the military for a little bit over two years. I'm currently serving at my 2nd duty station which is USAG Humphreys,S. Korea. I just wanted to say that I appreciate all the support from everyone. Everyone underestimates what all we have to go through on a daily basis. Getting support from you all makes it worth it and makes me even prouder to wear my uniform. This is soemthing I have wanted to do since I was in the 3rd grade. I can't see me doing anything else. So once again, thanks for the support and hopefully many other soldiers will find out about this website and realize they are not alone. ~~PFC -----, Montgomery,AL
I'm currently stationed here at USAG Humphreys,S. Korea. I would like to thank everyone for their support. Sometimes it gets hard with the sacrifices we make when we sign our name on the contract but in the end it something I don't regret. I should know. I have done it twice. At first I thoght the military wasn't for me but after getting out of active duty for 4 months I realized that serving my country was what I really wanted to do. So here I am now writing you all and saying thanks for your support. ~~PFC LaQuanda ------, Army, Montgomery,AL
I just had to say THANK YOU to all who have left such inspiring messages and words of appreciation here for us deployed troops from all branches away from our families. It truly is felt and warms hearts here across the miles and through the long days and nights. I'm just a small town boy from Glencoe in Fulton county, currently serving in Baghdad Iraq on a MiTT team here with the 1st Brigade, 6th Division Iraqi Army. They are a good group of soldiers, but hardly a replacement for all of you back home. We love you and miss you all so very much, and we will be home again soon. Till then, God Bless and be safe... Honored and proud to serve my country. I was here 1991 and now 2007. I love the United States of America and will always Fight to defend the Constitution and what it stands for. Ensuring that my family and friends may always maintain their liberty and freedom. Thanks to all the Americans who support us. Your efforts are not unnoticed and really do make a difference. MM2 Daniel E. Higgins U.S. Navy 'Operation Iraqi Freedom 2007' ~~Daniel E. -----, Yonkers, N.Y.
Thank you all for your support. As I sit here in Iraq, it's great to know that so many people back at home are supporting us at home. To my wife and kids, I love and miss you a lot, but daddy will be home from work real soon... To everyone back in the wonderful State of Arizona, I can't wait to get back to see everyone again. ~~PS1(FMF/SW/AW) Jeremy ------, USN, Chandler, Ariz.
